    Left out the tomato sauce and instead added a can of rotel undrained. Didn’t add the flour and added a chicken bullion cube and a little extra water. Used smoked paprika as they didn’t specify sweet or smoked. It was fantastic.

    I made this for dinner tonight and it came out great. The only thing I did different was too use pinto beans instead of black beans and chicken broth instead of beef broth. I made it with spanish rice with cilantro. I will make this again.

    I did what the first comment did. Didn’t have any tomato sauce so switched out enchilada sauce with 1/4 cup of ketchup. Added chopped onions while sautéing ground turkey. Didn’t have oregano. Used canned steamed corn (which didn’t require draining). Very spicy but I enjoy the heat. I enjoyed the first bite off the stove. Will probably even get better with time.
